National Bank of Dubai has recently hosted a graduation ceremony for the students of Al Misha'al Programme, a comprehensive training program that offers countless opportunities to high-school graduates throughout the UAE.

The ceremony was attended by various Heads of Departments, Managers and a number of other dignitaries from within the bank. Throughout the evening, each of the graduates was asked to present unique topics, some of which included Cosmetic Surgery, Photojournalism, Easy Learning Programme and Tectonic Plates.

“At the National Bank of Dubai, we believe it's important for us to help towards developing key sectors and promoting future leadership in the region,” stated Husam Al Sayed, Head of Human Resources, National Bank of Dubai. “These students have come a very long way in the last couple of months. We are very proud to be able to offer them such fantastic opportunities within the bank.” Once the students have graduated from the programme, they are placed in various departments throughout the bank where they continue to train for a period of six weeks.
