"I was doing an interview on his radio show (on KIIS-FM in Los Angeles Monday morning). I may have made fun of Ryan in my act," Griffin said. "But if he's willing to have me on... I'm always excited when celebrities will still talk to me.

So she asked him about his relationship with "Desperate Houswives" star Teri Hatcher. Pictures of the couple kissing made the tabloids some weeks back. Griffin taunted Seacrest that on Oprah Winfrey's show, Hatcher said he dumped her, saying "I don't think I can do this with you."

Well, one more thing... Griffin did the "red carpet" coverage with "The View" co-host Star Jones Reynolds last year on the E! television network.

Griffin may be best known for her role in "Suddenly Susan," co-starring with Brooke Shields for four years. Last season, on Bravo, she began a new reality show called "My Life on the D-List." The second season begins June 6.

"It's 'Who's on the A-List?' And then who got dropped to the B-list. I looked at the names on the B-list and they're pretty freakin' famous. When I saw that Paris Hilton was on the B-list, and I'm not on the C-list, I've got to be on the D-list.

"That means I'm invited to the party, but I can't be in the VIP room. I'm kind of like at the party, but I'm tapping on the glass. It gives me the freedom to make fun of everyone on the inside."

"I can't stop touring," she said. "I just can't turn down these gorgeous theaters. I come from clubs, where there are bachelorette parties with paper tiaras. My kind of stand-up is less jokes but more of me telling these 15-minute stories with a beginning, a middle and an end. This is more appropriate than in a club where people are drinking."

So right now, Griffin's life is all about season two of her Bravo series; the new special, "Strong Black Woman," which premiered on Bravo Tuesday (with multiple showings) and touring.

"I love doing all those little odd jobs I get to do," Griffin said. "I'm really loving stand-up and the series. But when you're on the D-list anything can change."
