Next was public reprimands, which 37 percent called a big pet peeve. Thirty-four percent said they do not appreciate micromanaging, and loud talkers, cited by just under one-third. Next came mobile phone ringing, cited by 30 percent, and use of speakerphones in public areas (22 percent).
