COSMETIC surgery is not as popular as you think - more than half of British women would refuse it even if money was no object. In a study for teeth whitening kit Vitint Safe & White more than 500 women were quizzed and 53 per cent said they wouldn't have cosmetic surgery "under any circumstances".
