September 6, 2006 - A Munster, Indiana, doctor is facing another malpractice lawsuit for allegedly misrepresenting his credentials and training as a plastic surgeon.

A similar lawsuit was filed last month. The doctor and the hospital say he is a board certified cosmetic surgeon. Those who filed the lawsuit say he's only certified in head and neck surgery.
